You need to give title and description before you can save a scenario. Kind of obvious that you need a name, whats the point of making "Untitled" scenarios...
When you change database it will clear the whole scenario.
Complexity and difficulty settings are in scale from 1 to 5, five being the most complex / difficult. This has no game play value, its purely a guideline for player when choosing a scenario.
Editor -> scenario times & description allows 24850 days (68 years and 12 months) before it switches to "very long time" for scenario duration.
Before you start to add units, you need sides added.
